220 Steps
I love the Outer Banks and I especially love Corolla, NC. It was a special favorite place for my husband and I. This is Currituck Light. 220 steps to the top where awaits a gorgeous view of Corolla, the ocean and The Whalehead Club. We have spent vacations in Corolla probably 20 times over the years and were even married in Corolla. Wonderful, wonderful memories. Every visit to the Outer Banks, I've visited this lighthouse and climbed the 220 steps to the beautiful view not seen anywhere else.

Coloring Easter Eggs - No Boiling required
Easter Morning I colored some Easter Eggs to turn into cards - experimenting with the dragonfly stamp I carved, watercolor and ink.

| I then stamped the eggs with a dragonfly and finished decorating them with pen. The blue one on the right has metallic gold and silver ink and then speckled with white paint spatter that doesn't show up well in the scan. I enjoy being able to make things for my friends and family, giving them a little piece of me. Happy Easter! |
